· Photocopy of applicant’s bankbook 申请人的银行存折复印件
· Certificate of applicant’s employment (including information, your name, position, salary and date of hire)申请人的在职证明原件（需注明签证申请人的具体职务，工资以及具体入职时间）
· Others: 其它
· Business visitor: Letter from Japanese company
商务访问者：日本公司的邀请信
· Visit friends/relatives: invitation letter,
[Jyuminhyo] or certified copy of both sides of the “Residence card” of your friends/relatives
访问朋友或亲戚：邀请函
邀请人的住民票（日本人）或者外国人登陆证明（非日本人提供）
· Tourist: hotel reservation
旅游者提供酒店预定单
Additional documents may be requested during the course of examination
Note： a. Visa application are accepted only from residents in Guangdong Province, Fujian Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Hainan Province. Only those with long-term resident status (one year or longer) can apply for a visa
b. CIS countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan
