1. General Information

● Revision about visa application of Ministry of Justice noticed countries’ citizen at the embassy of the third country

◎ Countries noticed by the Ministry of Justice:

◎According to the recent guidelines revised by the Ministry of Justice, the countries citizens noticed could apply visa at the embassy of the third country as meets the below requirements.

● People who hold Chinese residence permit (e.g.: X, Z or Q visa) issued at Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan or Guangxi can apply for Korean visa in the Korean Visa Application Center in Guangzhou (KVAC).

  ● The business hours of the KVAC: MON ~ FRI
     -   ● Visa Fee: 700RMB (for 90 days single entry,)

   ※ The fee may vary based upon your country
       ● Processing time : 12 working days
     ※ The visa process can be delayed due to various reasons
     ※ Urgency visa is only for Chinese applicants

2. C-3-9 Tourist Visa General Requirements

   ● Valid passport must be 6 months left or longer & a copy

   ● Valid Chinese residence permit must be 1 months left or longer & a copy
   ● A completed visa application form
   ● A passport size photo (35 x 45mm in color, white background

● registration form of temporary residence for visitors

   ● Last 12 months bank statement or Last 12 month credit card statement. The account must own by the applicant (enough 12 months bank statement with the stamp of the bank. E.g. the print date is Jan.1st, 2017, the print period should be July 1st, 2016 to July. 1st, 2017) 
   ● Certificate of employment (including a copy of business license) or certificate of enrollment (For those applicants who hold the Chinese residence permit issued at our jurisdiction just because their parents or spouses are working or studying here, if they cannot submit their own certificate of employment or certificate of enrollment, it is possible to be instead with their parents or spouses certificate. But it should be submitted with the certificate for relative relationship notarized by their consulate. Besides, about the visa determination of the application, the case may be taken into account)

3. General Information for the certificate of visa issuance holder

   ● In regards to a long-term visa, such as a working visa, it is recommended for applicants to obtain a certificate of Visa Issuance
   ● The applicant that be invited by the company or school in Korea, should apply the visa issuance at the immigration office in Korea
   ● After the visa issuance is issued, the applicant should go to the Korean Visa Application Center in Guangzhou, submit the visa application

    ● Processing time : 12 working days (5 working days for medical purpose)

 ※ The visa process can be delayed due to various reasons

※ Urgency visa is only for Chinese applicants
